Hi Marcia, thanks for contact us. Unfortunately we have a lot of stairs without elevator and we cannot guarantee that someone from the staff will be able to help you because we use "self check-in". We are sorry.

Hello, the room is one of four rooms in a guesthouse: all the rooms have an ensuite bathroom (except for the single one that has a private bathroom but outside the room), all faced on a common living room.

where should i park my car? how much is the parking fee?

You can park at the P.le Roma for 35 euro a day or at the Tronchetto 500 mt from the P.le Roma for 25 euro a day.You can also park in the mailand in Mestre in front of the the railway station for 15 euro a day (then take a train or a bus to Venice)

Hello, no we have not. We can recommend you an automatic laundry 10 minutes walk from our property, in a street called Ruga Giuffa behind Piazza San Marco. Best wishes, Chiara and Adriano

can I walk from pizzale Roma. this is where my bus will drop me off.

Hello, yes you can but pls take into account that from P.le Roma to S. Marco it takes about 45 min walk (seen that you don't know the city very well) and we recommend to walk only with a light luggage. Otherwise you can take the vaporetto n. 1 or 2.

Yes, there is a single sofa-bed, the room is for 2 or 3 people

No, there isn't. Only a automatic laundry 10 minutes walk from our Guesthouse.

Do you provide transportation from Marco Polo airport? How do we book it? Is there a cost. My son is disabled so this is very important

Sorry we noticed this message only now: no, we don't arrange any transfer but you can use the public service of Alilaguna (the Blue Line) from the airport M. Polo VCE to San Marco Giardinetti. Then from there it take only 5/6 minutes walk.

It is not clear for me how many bedside. How could 3 adults sleep on one double- bed or on 2 sinlge-beds?

It depends on the room: we have 2 double rooms with an inseparable double bed + 1 single bed and 1 double room with an inseparable double bed and 2 single sofa-beds

Perfect location. It is really just behind the corner of San Marco Square, in the old town, shops, restorante, cafes.. Romance.. The room was clean and modern, everything was perfect organized by the host and they were responding to all questions we had. Thank you, hope to visit your place soon again Love Italy!

Excellent location for walking to San Marco Square.Clean, spacious, bright, comfortable room with AC
Not difficult to find if you follow the host' directions. The apartment's door is literally across the Osteria Da Carla, which we dined at one night and was a lovely experience. We had 4 people and the spacious room with one large bed and 2 twin size cots were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, clean and bright. The AC was great and much needed as it was 30 degrees when we visited the end of June. There is a common kitchen area that is really well equipped and clean. We could store our luggage here after check out at 11am, and with a key, we could come back for our luggage before we left for the afternoon train. We were super happy with the location!. Around the corner from St. Mark's Square, and 10 min from the closest water taxi, everything was so close, but the apartment was also very quiet.
We wished there could have been a washroom we could use when we came back for the luggage since it's very difficult to find public washrooms in Venice, but that was a minor detail. We were grateful to be able to store our luggage for free in the common space. Hosts were very kind and friendly.
